Just returned to work after a 5 day weekend with my wife and baby boy. We had a good time for his second birthday. I hated leaving, I don't know who it is harder for, me, the wife, or my son. He had a great time and was surrounded by lots of family for his birthday. I returned to Georgia to an apartment infested with biting ants. God I love being here! NOT!! At least the hotels were insect and rodent free. I have not found 1 good point about being here other than it's a paycheck. At least this time I remembered to bring some pictures and I wasted no time getting them plastered around my room. Now I can't look anywhere without seeing his smiling face. I returned to work today to find all the systems down and no one knew how or why it was like that. I swear it's like being around a bunch of 5 yr olds that "didn't do it." Took most of the day to catch up with where I was a week ago. Well worth the trip home though. I'll be thinking of you buddy, take care of your momma.
